doing it.

We are a not-for-profit agency giving 100% of our profit to charity. We want to give back to our community, whilst delivering excellent marketing and communications for clients across the UK. How do we do that? It’s simple: we have the best expert team delivering results through our brilliant strategy, on-point insights, exceptional creativity, and outstanding customer service. By delivering your mission, our mission becomes a reality.

dot does: marketing insights, marketing strategy, commercial social media strategy, brand strategy, and media planning.

del does: content creation, public relations, brand management, social media management, SEO, video/photography, insights + analysis, and graphic design.

Our current chosen charity is:

Content Creation

No job is too big or too small. We work with the best brand creators, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers across the globe to create campaigns and content that grab attention for all the right reasons. From that ‘lightbulb’ idea, all the way to inception – we can help bring your vision to life!

We work with experts in traditional marketing as well as digital, PPC, and SEO. Our commercially focused team is all about using our creativity and experience to generate our client’s business sales and leads – like a well-oiled machine!

We’re experts in talking. But seriously, we’re storytellers and can understand your business and help to convey that to your target audiences. We’ve access to a wide variety of content writers who can draft B2B and B2C and even B2B2C if you need it! Easy as 1-2-3 😉

Brand Partnerships

We love working collaboratively with other brands as it brings so many benefits. Working with us means we can unlock even more brand-building opportunities that will bring you amazing results. Our team has years of experience, developing brand and media partnerships for major global brands to start-ups, and believe we are the best in the business.

Ideal Home Show Scotland

The team at dot + del has worked with the UK’s largest exhibition, Ideal Home Show, for more than 12 years.

Our team has managed their PR for Ideal Home Show Christmas at Earls Court, bringing together all the UK’s top Panto Dames (oh yes we did!). We also managed the marketing + communications for Ideal Home Show Scotland for 6 years.

We manage their marketing and public relations, as well as create amazing social content and support with partnership marketing and ticketing strategy.

The World Trailer Awards

The inaugural World Trailer Awards took place in Villa Moura in the Algarve in March 2022.

Marketing executives from across the globe gathered to celebrate the very best of innovation and creativity in marketing for film, games, and television.

Our team is on hand to deliver the global marketing and communications strategy, create and deliver social media campaigns (paid and organic), as well as ensuring the event went smoothly.

We love working with our client DogFest, one of the UK’s largest dog-friendly festivals. Last year we delivered a comprehensive PR strategy for all 7 shows across the UK, culminating with securing DogFest a segment on the BBC’s One Show and over 100 pieces of coverage across print, online, and broadcast.

As well as supporting with media buying, our team was on the ground at each festival liaising with the press, videographers and photographers, and just generally acted as an extension of the DogFest team; lending a helping paw where we could!

We also worked with the wider DogFest team creating content, supporting their on-site social media team, and liaising with their sponsors.

dot + del

dot + del is the dream turned reality of stalwart marketeer Susie Fraser. Dot stands for dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, while del stands for delivery.

So, what’s in a name? This is a tribute to Susie’s parents who were leading lights of the media industry in the 70’s and 80’s and who were affectionately known as Dot and Del.

Dot (Dorothy Webster) broke the glass ceiling for women journalists and was a dedicated advocate of equality. She supported many good causes throughout her life and always championed the underdog.

Del (Derek Webster, CBE) was a leading journalist who not only was the Chair of Trinity Mirror and Group Editor of the Daily Record and Sunday Mail, but he was also Chairman of Age Concern and the Press Association. An outstanding businessman and media guru, he was the first person to bring colour to newspapers and was awarded the CBE for services to journalism.
